After about an hour or so, and with temperatures beginning to quickly warm up, we determined to head again. The return trip back over the rocks and boulders in Poland Creek, then up a thousand toes in elevation on the Algonquin Path felt tougher by this time. However, the scenic views of the encompassing space had been again completely stunning as I stopped here and there to catch my breath and take some images. Most of us had arrived back on the hill prime the place our vehicles had been parked by about 11am for a complete round trip climbing distance of about 3 miles.
